A 1990 mini series based on the Steven King novel. In 1960, seven pre-teen outcasts fight an evil demon who poses as a child-killing clown. Thirty years later, they reunite to stop the demon once and for all when it returns to their hometown.
Hellraiser.
First in a series of Clive Barker films from 1987. An unfaithful wife encounters the zombie of her dead lover; demons are pursuing him after he escaped their sadomasochistic underworld.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
This 1974 classic horror was directed by Tobe Hooper. Featuring two siblings visit their grandfather's grave in Texas along with three of their friends and are attacked by a family of cannibalistic psychopaths.
Day Of The Dead.
1985 George A. Romero classic. A small group of military officers and scientists dwell in an underground bunker as the world above is overrun by zombies.
The Thing.
John Carpenter's 1982 classic starring Kurt Russell. A crew in Antarctica finds a neighboring camp destroyed and its crew dead. Whatever killed them is nowhere to be found, unless it's hidden in plain sight.
Carrie.
Brian De Palma directs Sissy Spacek in the 1976 adaptation of the Steven King novel about Carrie White, a shy, friendless teenage girl who is sheltered by her domineering, religious mother, unleashes her telekinetic powers after being humiliated by her classmates at her senior prom.
The Ring.
A cult horror from 2002 from director Gore Verbinski, in which a journalist must investigate a mysterious videotape which seems to cause the death of anyone in a week of viewing it.
A Nightmare On Elm Street.
1984 Wes Craven. Several people are hunted by a cruel serial killer who kills his victims in their dreams. While the survivors are trying to find the reason for being chosen, the murderer won't lose any chance to kill them as soon as they fall asleep.

James Wan directs this 2013 horror. Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren work to help a family terrorised by a dark presence in their farmhouse.
The Blair Witch Project.
Ground breaking 1999 film about three film students vanish after traveling into a Maryland forest to film a documentary on the local Blair Witch legend, leaving only their footage behind.
Re-Animator.
Stuart Gordon 1985 working of the H.P. Lovecraft story. A dedicated student at a medical college and his girlfriend become involved in bizarre experiments centering around the re-animation of dead tissue when an odd new student arrives on campus.
The Babadook.
A widowed mother, plagued by the violent death of her husband, battles with her son's fear of a monster lurking in the house, but soon discovers a sinister presence all around her. 2014 written and directed by Jennifer Kent.
Silence Of The Lambs.
A 1991 film directed by Jonathan Demme, based on the Thomas Harris novel, about a young F.B.I. cadet must confide in an incarcerated and manipulative killer to receive his help on catching another serial killer who skins his victims.
Rosemary's Baby.
A young couple moves in to an apartment only to be surrounded by peculiar neighbors and occurrences. When the wife becomes mysteriously pregnant, paranoia over the safety of her unborn child begins to control her life. Roman Polanski directs 1968.
Split.
2016 written and directed by M. Night Shyamaln. Three girls are kidnapped by a man with a diagnosed 23 distinct personalities. They must try to escape before the apparent emergence of a frightful new 24th.
Shaun Of The Dead.
2004 Edgar Wright directs Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. A man decides to turn his moribund life around by winning back his ex-girlfriend, reconciling his relationship with his mother, and dealing with an entire community that has returned from the dead to eat the living.
